Thank you for thinking of Prairie Harley-Davidson® for your upcoming fundraising event. Our marketing team handles all requests as per the instructions below. We must receive your request by the 30th of the month prior to your event. All requests are reviewed on a monthly basis.
Requests must include the following in order to be considered:
- The name of the organization holding the event with a contact name, phone number, and email address
- An explanation of the event including the supported cause, date & location, and any other pertinent information
- Type of item requested (silent auction, door prize, raffle etc...) We do not provide cash donations
- Requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Donation Request" in the subject line
Please understand we receive a number of requests every month and although all for worthwhile causes, we have to prioritize our requests to remain within our budget and fall under our "give where you live" mantra. We typically give the greatest consideration to our regular clients and business & community partners in support of their fundraising endeavors in which the monies raised remain in the community.
If you are selected we will contact you with information on how to collect your item. If you are not selected we will send you an email to advise you of our decision. We appreciate the opportunity to participate in your charitable event and wish you the greatest success.
