I had been searching for a specific newer bike with low mileage in a particular color for quite some time. When I finally found it, it was located in Regina - 6 hours away from home. I contacted the dealership and was able to arrange my deal completely over the phone. Sean and Caron were absolutely awesome to deal with from a distance. Caron took care of the paperwork and financing and Sean ensured all of my additional accessories were ordered and installed. He even e-mailed me pictures once it was complete and before I made the 6 hour trek with a trailer in February in pick up my new baby. When I arrived at the dealership all of the paperwork was ready to go. I got the dealership tour and Sean gave me a quick tour of the features of the bike. He assisted in loading it on the trailer and we returned to Winnipeg that same day. I initially was a bit weary about purchasing a new bike from a distance - never mind from a different province. But everything went very smooth. Thank you Caron and Sean. Bring on spring… can't wait. :-)

On Tuesday July 31st 2018, I showed up at the dealership 15 minutes after closing, hoping/praying that they might still be open and I could get the parts needed to make my bike road worthy. Thought I was out of luck, front door was locked and lights were out. When I was about ready to leave I noticed someone locking a gate. While telling her my situation, another lady came over and we headed inside the closed dealership to summon the service manager. Next thing I know he's powering up a computer and getting me the parts I needed, fantastic! But that's not all, while waiting for the computer to get back on-line, I asked for recommendations on where to to stay and a good place to eat. Four Points Sheraton and Jack Keaton BBQ were perfect and only a couple blocks away.I needed a wrench to finish the repairs, no problem. After a few minutes of searching, the service manager was able to find a wrench and we walked out to my bike and made sure it would work. He let me take the wrench with me and only asked that I toss it over the fence the next morning (I landed it on the picnic tale - hope you found it). Completed the repairs that evening, enjoyed my meal and a good nights sleep.So sorry that I was too preoccupied dealing with my broke bike that I did not even bother to ask any of you your names. Words can't express how thankful I am that all 3 of you took the time at the end of your day and help me out. Each of you made me feel like someone special and went above and beyond all my expectations. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! Best of luck with your new location. If I'm ever back that way I'll make it a destination.

Riding out of Regina on Western trip. An unusual sound and vibration coming from the front end. Thanks to my buddy we turned back to Regina. Service dept took me in, diagnosed the issue (front wheel bearing about to fail), and did repairs. All of this within 2.5 hrs on a busy Friday morning with lots of other out of town riders coming in with issues. Thank you Simon, Dean, Sheldon and everyone else at Prairie HD for turning a bad situation into a memorable and positive experience. I am very much appreciative.

I brought my bike in for the first servicing as we were on a road trip and would be to far from home to have it done. We pulled into Prairie Harley-Davidson & we were hungry, asked what was close that we could walk to, nothing was convenient! One of the guys came out to sanitize my bike (because of COVID-19), he said he would be right back, Im sorry, but I did not get his name, he came up riding an Electra Glide, he said now the 3 of us can go for lunch!!! I had a tech question about the alarm on my wife's Sportster. I called all over western Canada. I had several places tell me that they would call me back, and one that had no clue what I was talking about! When I talked to Cory at Prairie, he understood, put me on hold for 2 minutes ( at the most), and confirmed with a tech. My question was answered right there, and then! I'll now ride 2 1/2 hours to give them my business.
Myself, my dad and my uncle are on a cross country roadtrip. We started breaking down about an hour and a half outside of Regina and called the dealership. Scott made sure we would be able to see their mechanic Glenn before he left for the day so we wouldn't have to wait through the weekend to journey on. We arrived hot, tired and concerned. We were treated like old friends and given some cold water to cool down. Our problem was fixed in 10 mins and an issue we weren't even concerned about was addressed. Can't say enough about the incredible treatment we received. Everyone was knowledgeable and so friendly. We left relieved and ready to ride on to the east coast! Made us even more dedicated to Harley Davidson and the people they employ. Thank you SO much! Especially, Scott who helped us every step of the way!
