Hi, I was in today (March 17th) around 1:30 and dealt with an awesome gal who was working at the front counter as I walked in. I was in to buy a birthday present for a friend who loves HD but she's someone that I don't ever buy birthday gifts for so I only wanted to spend about $20. Aside from the fact that I've never been in your store before, I also had NO idea what the hell I was going to buy her. She asked me how much I wanted to spend and immediately started walking around the store with me making suggestions on things that would be in my budget but didn't make me feel badly about only wanting to spend my measly $20.00. She was super friendly, super helpful and honestly, aside from the fact that I loved your store, it's service like that that will bring me back there to spend more than $20. She even offered a gift bag and made it look fancy for me. Anyways, I'm sure her name tag had "manager" on it and on my receipt it says "Sold by CK" so I'm hoping that helps you know who she is. I thought I'd pass along the compliment seeing as I'm the first one to complain when I get terrible service. I can't wait to come back and buy stuff! Thanks again HD.
I hope Robb and Caron see this because you are very lucky to have a Service Manager like Mike. On June 27th my wife and I were half way through a month long coast to coast trip. I got a flat tire in Swift Current with no help anywhere. I phoned Mike and he was wonderful to deal with. I finally got a tow later in the day and didn't get to Prairie Harley-Davidson until a half hour before closing. Mike kept a mechanic until an hour after closing to get us on our way. Full disclosure, I am not a Harley owner, I have a Triumph Thunderbird. Mike and his staff were terrific ambassadors for the dealership.

I absolutely love it
I purchased my used Ultra Classic in November without a test ride and finally got to ride it in March. I absolutely love it but found a couple of mechanical issues shortly thereafter. The management and Mike in service have been terrific in looking after these issues for me and I would definitely recommend Prairie HD for excellent customer service. Cory in parts has also been very knowledgeable and helpful in accessorizing my ride and of course Carrie helps make sure I'm well dressed.

Brought my Road King in running quite poorly. Glenn put it on the dyno and did his magic. Not only was he able to improve the overall drivability, but even managed to squeeze out some more power and torque. Very happy with the tune!

Last summer on a road trip through B.C. I lost my security fob just outside Cranbrook. Of course I forgot my security password. I called from Prairie HD from Cranbrook HD. Because it had been several years since I bought my RK from them my file was archived. Caron went out of her way to get the number from the archives stored in another building so I could get a new fob and continue on my trip. Much appreciated.
I purchased a 2007 Ultra Classic. Carron called me at 11.30 am and i was on my way problem is I live at least 5 hours away. I asked if someone would wait for me. Carron said absolutely, after battling road work which I was not aware of and getting lost in Regina (never drove threw that city in my life) Carron guided me to the store.I was at that point some 2 hours after closing. Carron had the paperwork ready and Rob was waiting to help me load. All in all the experience and service I got from them is first class. I will have to stop by again some time to buy a t-shirt. Forgot to do so when I was there. Thank you Carron and Rob
